Pillage does not work as advertised

on the Update 29 post it says:

Pillage

Blazing Pillage

Drains 50 Energy instead of 50 Shield. "

 

but when I tested using Pillage on Titania it gave me shields instead of energy.

I also tested using the blazing pillage mod, which did nothing at all (as expected).

You just misunderstood it, using the ability costs 50 energy instead of 50 shields; it still gives you shields in return.
