Can't access my orbiter after mission completion.

After i got extracted by my ship , the screen went black . 

I could hear the sound effect of falling for a solid 10-20 seconds .

Then i found myself stuck in this mission and i was unable to exit the game or to abort the mission . My sentinel went invisible , hud dissapeared , no crosshair and objectives were absent 

 

So before i killed the game via alt+f4 i recorded what happened .

The mission was a mobile defense (second sortie mission): Grimaldi on Lua . Condition : Radiation hazard .
