I completely missed it and noticed its the only place to get specific arcanes besides Eidolon hunting. While Eidolon hunting can be fun activity, its very risky to do random squads (high chance of failure) and I dont much like joining squads through recruitment because people seem to expect too much from you and then its all salt and yelling quickly just because you dont do things JUST THE WAY the host wants you to. And its too easy to fail even on recruited squads if just one person doesnt know what to do and for example doesnt pick up the shard and place it in the rock altar (just happened to me today) or the shard just gets stuck in a weird place never to be found again. In fact I could go in much more detail as to why Eidolon hunting is a flawed activity for everyone but the most coordinated teams, but that would be pointless considering its a really old activity by now and its still the same. This game needs alternative methods of acquiring these arcanes. Its not like I can just buy them either because the only useful ones are 50+ plat and you need tons of them for max rank.
