Completing PRACTICE ROUND of MR20 test puts test on cooldown

I tried practicing the MR 20 test before doing it, as I do with every test but this one locked me out after the practice round for some reason.

In case it might be relevant, this is the Archwing Time Trial test.

This was my loadout, since it may be related to the bug in some way:
