Constant crashes when trying to do "Through, and Beyond" quest

Title. Every time I get about halfway through the mission, the game crashes. I have found it will crash randomly on regular missions VERY seldomly, but every single time I try to do this quest it will crash either just before I get to the heart or as I am fighting around the heart. I have the same issue with the protea quest line, when she kicks you out of the vault area and the screen goes white, it crashes every single time.

Fixes I have attempted with the same result:

1. Updated and Reinstalled drivers for windows and video card

2. Verified cache and optimized download cache

3. Reinstalled completed (and verified/optimized after)

4. Ran several anti-malware programs

5. Changed every setting in the game. Turned off settings one by one or lowered them to minimum. Attempted dx10, disabling multi-threading from the launcher.

 

I may have tried some other things as well not listed here, I have been trying to get this working since the update dropped. It takes a few minutes to boot up the game and rerun the quest to the point where it crashes so testing is a little slower than I'd like it to be.
