Necramechs/Nightwave

I recently made my own necramech and noticed a few bugs that came along with it 

1. Leveling them i near impossible due to the fact that sometimes when i extract from deimos it doesn't give me the levels i earn and puts it back down to an earlier level that i started the mission out with and secondly on this topic if i redeploy the mech it causes it to lose all the levels/affinity that i earned with it

2.Energy with necramech's is also bugged out i'm not able to pick up energy orbs and i'm not sure if there's a way to get a slight passive energy regen i haven't had it work at all since ive gotten mine

3. This is just me saying it now that its happened but the nightwave option is completely gone

This is just a little infuriating so please try to fix soon
