That man weapon is a sword and shield that can give defense/offense capabilities. Like if he is shot by a projectile he can either retaliate by reflecting the damage back and multiplying it or absorbs the shot to either boost defense or absorbs it then release it all in one shot. And I think this warframes ultimate would be like the specters summons a chivalry of warframes you picked with or without the mods they gave equipped.
