Crash when hitting "Exit Dojo" just as the Railjack leaves for a mission

My squad returned to the dojo in another groupmate's railjack, with the mission completed successfully. After a few minutes of tweaking customizations for my own railjack at the console, the group leader set a new mission for us and the "railjack setting sail" cinematic started to play.  I skipped that and immediately hit [Esc] to try and leave the new mission.  I was presented with an "Exit Dojo" option instead, and I chose that.  The screen went black for a few seconds before crashing out to the crash report submission system.
