Kuva Lich Weapon not in Foundry

I've been gone for a little over a year and a half, so when I accidentally made my first Lich, I had to look up information on the whole system. Overall, I enjoyed the quest (aside from trying to farm that last requiem relic for 2 days straight), but when I finally took the Lich down, I never did get the Karak he had. I checked the foundry, closed the game then reloaded it, checked again, checked my inbox, checked my weapons, and still have no idea where the weapon is. Is it a bug or something? I play on PS4.

Its likely you converted it, you dont get weapon but a lich ally. Check codex in lich history to double check.

To get it weapon you need to vanquish the lich.
