Does anyone know how it interacts with exalted abilities? I put in on excalibur umbra, but in testing I couldnt tell if it did anything because for some reason, even when having no mods on his exalted blade, the damage was so variable I could not tell.

It works like Energy Conversion, next ability uses the buff, and carries the buff until deactivated in the case of channeled abilities

You can actually see the difference when you press empower and look at the ability screen in mission
