1 Client player - consistently falling through floor when returning from Isolation Vault via warp tentacle

When playing with a friend, every time she used the warp tentacle to leave the isolation vault, she would fall through the floor. Only solution was to walk back instead. She was the client and was playing Octavia / Nezha in case that matters. Happened every time in multiple sessions.

Happens to me all the time, I just use arch-wing to fly back up through the map. Fastest way besides the intended exit, until it's fixed.

Happened to me in 100% of vaults so far. Real cool to lose all of the items inside.
