Hixlysss Posted August 31, 2020 Share Posted August 31, 2020 So a few weapons, Pandero, Nagantaka, and Grakata with Wild Frenzy have the ability to use a secondary fire to shoot until their magazines run empty. I was excited to see how this would function with Energy Munitions, the helminth power, but upon testing it out on the Grakata with Wild Frenzy, and then trying out with Brain Storm....I discovered that these abilities do not do quite as they say. What they do, this counts for everything that has a "Fire until mag is empty" alt fire or augment, is it copies your current magazine size upon pressing the trigger and...that's how much it shoots. It doesn't do exactly as it says and fires until your mag runs to 0. Which means using these abilities with Energy Munitions is...not a great idea. Sure you can keep tapping it, but you fire less and less with each 'burst' effectively. Simply put, weapons with the feature, and augments that provide it, need to get looked at to make them synergize with Energy Munitions or other Ammo Efficiency mods we may get in the future.
