Holding 'Y' to equip Quassus locks all other weapons

If I hold Y to equip my Quassus, it makes it so i cannot switch to any other weapon.  I was able to call an archgun after a few tries, and this fixed it. but holding Y again, caused the bug to come back right away.

 

Heres my build in case it matters (was testing mods):

relentless combo (max)

amalgam organ shatter (max)

killing blow (max)

sacrificial steel (max)

carnis mandible (max)

reflex coil (rank 5 / 6)

 

 

 

And i had zenurik with the heavy attack efficiency ability as well.
