First has beenn around since her release, randomly sometimes when you throw down a grenade fan for the shield effect it wont be at the full strength and will be set at 50 shields generated, which is well below the strength that the base ability should be. Unsure how to replicate, it happens when her passive is in effect and when it isnt. Second bug is recent to Cambrian drift, appears to happen when under a structure. When throwing the grenade fan out it acts as if its hitting a wall thats directly in front of you and doesn't get any distance from being thrown.
