I'm in a 3 man clan with two of my closest friends. They both have build permissions because that's what they like to do but don't have the ability to modify ranks or tiers or anything but like that. One of my friends loves to whale, and fast tracked a huge dojo. I came in to do some research, started about 8 and suspiciously ran out of resources. I thought it was a little weird since I had calculated a day before that I could easily afford them all. I hit ESC to leave and then saw my worst fear. Downgrade clan rank as an option appeared.
I panicked and searched through the multi level complex until I found one completed barracks and the storm one 12m away from finishing. Absolutely wrecked us because he wanted all the buildings because now things are 10x more expensive. I deleted both barracks, thinking I could downgrade right back to Ghost but it seems I need to rebuild the first barracks and downgrade one tier. The FAQ says there is a 60 day cool down on that feature. Had anytime had this happen or have some advice on how to get back down before I rebuild the barracks and drop us only one tier. Is there, in fact, a cool down?
