Lost Warframe and Necramech Access (Stuck as Operator)

This has to be one of the strangest bugs I have ever seen, sadly I don't know how exactly I caused it but I can explain what I was doing right before it happened, and it's effects.

First: What was the bug / Its effects?

Well the game seems to have deleted my warframe while I was in my voidrig out on the Orb Vallis (more specifically near the giant nef statue). This lead to a couple strange things happening:

1. I could not use transference to re-enter my frame at all (because it was gone, re-spawning didn't fix it either)

2. I couldn't open the gear wheel until after my first re-spawn, at which point it was empty

3. I could go down as the operator and be revived by teamates or use the revive bind

4. When the voidrig blew up it just spat me out as operator

5. Upon finally dying as operator and re-spawning the game seemed to drop all my operator focus upgrades (can definitely confirm my amp + acranes were working)

Second: How did it happen?

I don't know exactly how I caused it but here is everything between when I was last in my frame to when I couldn't transference back into it (by pressing 1 from far away). I already said i was around the giant nef statue when it happened but to be much more specific, I was on the elevator that goes down into that facility. Right out front I hopped out of my frame and into the voidrig and went inside and placed him on the elevator. I then hopped out as operator to activate the elevator, rode down, then immediately went straight back up (I saw someone doing fractures and changed my mind about what I was going to do). After leaving the building and making it about 200-300 meters closer to the waypoint I was heading for I hopped out of the voidrig and tried to re-enter my frame using the transference bind. After it not working I figured I'd just have to head bay to where my frame was and hop in manually but alas, the frame was no where to be found!

In closing this bug was very strange, and kinda hilarious. I imagine had I been farming something serious and lost the rewards (upon returning to fortune I got like +10 mission failed sounds and overlay all at the same time, it was quite loud) this but would be quite annoying.

Had the same thing happen to me but after being revived so many times my operator became invisible, I couldn’t talk in chat and couldn’t use my void abilities it’s was the weirdest thing ever
