 Moi przyjaciele o pseudonimach Draco-GOD- i MeridianDeSper dostali bana za napisanie obraźliwego słowa na trade czacie  bez żadnych ostrzeżeń na 15 lat, sprawa jest poważna i proszę żeby zakaz został skrócony do 7 dni. proszę graczy o wsparcie tego wydarzenia bo według mnie dostali za wysoką kare

Is this chat ban or purely in game ban ?

Because the reasons may be way different from one another.

First ( chat ban ) is a bot so basically it can be related to a bunch of things. But dont worry its not that much of a big deal.

Second ( in game ban ) it depends of what they said/did but if they got a ingame ban until 2035 they should contact support to clarify things. Here : https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/

Careful if your friends did some things that led to this and its not a mistake maybe they should rethink the impact of what they did ( if its racism/sexism so on so forth and same goes for game abuse if its the case)

If they are clean of anything don't worry its nothing support can't handle ^.^
