Ghoul Bounty breaking when using necramech

During a Ghoul Bounty, in the part where the player has to collect Grokdrul for the Grokdrul Processor, picking up the processor with your necramech permanently breaks the bounty, no matter if you collect it in your Necramech, Warframe or Operator, the counter doesn't go up. Picking it up in your Necramech also transfers the cell to your warframe. Dropping the cell and picking it back up doesn't work either. After some time the enemies also just stopped dropping Grokdrul after I collected about 40 of it (with the progression still being at 0/10).

The video starts late into the bounty, where the enemies already stopped dropping Grokdrul. At 1:07 there is a Grokdrul pickup without progress being given.
