Granum Void SU saving exploit

I was farming Protea for couple of hours and struggling to keep the time up enough to get all 75 kills when I read the Wiki which said you get extra time for freeing the trapped SU guys. But I imagine it's not intentional that you can get the extra time + SU standing twice per trapped SU guy? If you do the thing where you throw your fully charged Xoris into a group of 3 (or more) essence guys and detonate it and it does the big exploding pulse, killing all the errant guys, while also immediately recharging it for another explosion, you can reliably get off a second detonation before the SU guy finishes his freeing animation, and it grants you another batch of time and another batch of standing.

An extra 900 hundred SU standing isn't too game breaking, but getting a full extra minute that you're not supposed to get completely trivialises the time constraint and I (who, as I said, was struggling to even complete it) was suddenly able to complete it with well over a minute left, even without freeing all 3 of the SU guys every time.
