_SunsetSeraph_
So after getting my mech, I've come across a few problems that really piss me off. Problem 1. Your mech doesn't keep the affinity it's gained if you resummon it or extract unless it dies first. This just makes grinding up affinity for it unnecessarily annoying. I understand that this is just a bug, but it's still annoying nonetheless. In my opinion, this is one of the first things DE NEEDS to fix. It makes an already restricted grind (because mechs can only be summoned in open world right now) even more annoying. Problem 2. The Necramech energy system. I know it's probably bugged, and you're supposed to be able to pick up energy orbs, because some on PC have said they can pick up orbs, but on Switch (and PS4 and Xbox from what I've heard) you can't pick up said orbs. Which means the already limited amount of energy Necramechs have becomes even more limited, because unless it ranks up and has its energy refilled, you're stuck with the energy you're given when you first summon it. If you use it all up, you're out. No getting energy back. So please, fix this. Either make Necramech energy slowly come back, or let it pick up orbs. Even a percentage of the energy the orb gives I'd be fine with. This is literally my biggest problem with the Necramechs, as it ruins most of the fun of using them. Problem 3. When resummoning a Necramech after its died, if you've put Necramech Vitality on it, it doesn't count that health, and instead just gives you its base health. Example: An unranked Necramech with Necramech Vitality on has 3.6k HP. If it dies and you resummon it, it only has the 1.5k it would have without it. Problem 4. Mausolon ammo regeneration times are #*!%ing awful. With the rate at which you use ammo compared to getting it back being significantly higher, they need to increase the Regen rates up from their rather depressing 2-3 ammo regen per second. Those four right now are by far my biggest problems with the Necramech system. This severely affects both the enjoyment of using mechs and the reward of the painful grind. Horonelius
The ammo regeneration rate is also global, so if you though the Mausolon was bad, try it with the Phaedra or Imperator.
(PSN)robotwars7
my Mech is building, and it's a shame to say it but I may have to hold off on using it until DE finally gets around to these problems. I can play around with the Mausolon first, at least make sure my basic Mech with a few mods has a powerful enough gun, and maybe also get the Cortege built and levelled too (if the damn parts would ever drop!), but after that I'm gonna have to use the Mech at some point. after all the time that's passed and all the people who have brought this up I'm sure DE are aware of the problems, so if the Necramech fixes aren't in the next patch, then It's either down to incompetence or ignorance on their part, neither of which would look very good. Oh is it now? Well forget me trying anything else but the Mausolon or Cortege (Cortege actually has some half decent ammo regen)
Horonelius
Larkspur is also passable right now. Mods that modify ammo capacity or recharge rate do nothing though.
