Infuse: Hydroid Undertow Takes Effect Before Blood Altar

I put blood altar on Hydroid, but if I'm in undertow and cast blood altar, then sometimes the enemy gets swallowed by the pool before blood altar takes effect. If the enemy is uphill/upstairs, blood altar works better, but flat surfaces or downhill then they get swallowed by the pool first.

Also, it would be nice if enemies targeted by blood altar were made invulnerable on cast rather than when reaching the target, as so many times, they die first from other abilities/weapons.

The same thing happens with well of life if you put it on Hydroid. If you cast well of life on an enemy, and then cast undertow, it will cancel the ability and the enemy will be swallowed by undertow.
