Cetus/Plains Door Locking Up

It's never consistent, but the door between Plains of Eidolon and Cetus seems to lock up in a never ending cycle of loading hell. I've tried numerous things to bypass it (getting my friends to invite me to games in the door, waiting it out, trying to leave back to the plains) and nothing has seemed to work save for Alt+F4. This doesn't happen on the other two free roam areas and I've lost about 3 hours of resources and even a few Eidolon runs because of this. Is anybody else having this problem?

My friend went through this around a week ago he sent in a ticket seeing as the group he was in had farmed 3/4 eidolons DE said they could do nothing about it. 
So it's a known issue that is either taking forever to be worked on or they just dont care.

Entering the Plains is always a pain. It lags waay worse then the other Two do, but i have noticed its been really bad lately.

 

Ive also sent in tickets.. and was basicly blown off. Was either 'we working on it' or 'its just lag- at your end'
