Flow vs Primed Flow

I am sure its been posted and answered many times.  I am having trouble getting the normal Flow mod to drop.  I have primed flow but it is only at rank 5 atm.  Should I continue trying to grind for the normal flow mod or just do other things until I get lucky on the drop? While also maxing out primed flow.

When is it better to use flow or should I always be using the primed version of mods that have a primed?  I am a little torn on this I am sure it just depends on how many slots you have available and what build you are going for on what frame.

Comes down to mod capacity and how much you want to forma.

There's really no point in spending time getting regular flow if you have the primed version.

Yes the primed version is always better in place of the regular mod, but flow is one of those essential mods you should have in your inventory. Ask around, someone might give it to you as it's not even worth it to sell. 

I'm in pc so unfortunately I can't give it to you on switch.

Wow thank you for fast reply everyone.  Sounds good and on the forma I usually try and do the 4-5 forma builds if I have the primed frame or weapon. I hold off at times if its the normal version unless I use them a lot.

I lucked out on a lot of the primed mods when tennocon baro was here.  I just wished I prepared and got more ducats ready.......... lol but I did get Ignis Wraith and a few other weapons and about 3-4 primed mods so I did ok.
