Yes that is true. If you know about how the Rivens in sortie reward are divided up by % although the whole lot of 'Riven' is under the category called Common drop.

Same here. Everything under the Common drop table are divided into their own % which all add up to 100% of a Common drop table.

Sadly that is how it works in Warframe.

Lying then assuming the player knows you are lying is still lying!

 

Oh this is going to work out great, now players know if you dont see scintilant in the first mission, drop the team and start over. This is going to end well for sure!

I do think they are false advertising.

The description on scintillent should say “drops from necramechs”.

that is literally the ONLY place I’ve gotten them.

they should stop advertising them on bounty rewards. They aren’t bounty rewards

It can drop from bounties, Ive had it happen, but its only going to drop from the first stage, so if you dont see it there, drop the team and start over. This is going to be a matchmaking disaster!

The drop rates are WILDLY inconsistent, their own internal testing is showing this.

So some players have 20+ while other players have 2... its a problem with the drop tables, not the costs or the items requiring it. You only ever need 17 in total, for everything and that includes a second xaku.

Also because free boosters are based on login time, super vet players get days of boosted, so the drop rate doesnt look nearly as bad as it is , while newer, returning and middle players are struggling.

This only worked the day I had a free booster, it never ever worked otherwise, and even then took an obnoxious amount of tries.

Im going to try the bounty drop later see if that works better. Run the bounty then restart if it doesnt show up on the first drop, I can run most of those off really really quick.
