Repeated disconnects and falling througy the map

As i am playing witn a squad i would randomly disconnect, even though i am already connected to the internet and also when i get on my k-drive i would fall through the map on free roam on Deimos. Can you pleas fix this cause this is very irritating and ruins the fun of the game, thank you.

I fall through the map on Orb Vallis and Plains of Eidolon too. Lately I been trying to keep perfectly still for a few seconds before and after launching k-drive to see if that helps.
