Wukong and Octavia's Resonator - Doesn't allow you to attack

So, i subsumed Octavia's resonator ability to replace Wukong's Primal Fury (His exalted weapon). As soon as i launch the resonator, for the first time in a mission, my attacks are completely locked: Cannot melee, cannot shoot. It remains that way for the rest of the mission. 

I can still switch weapons, use any other ability and go in and out of Operator mode (And the operator CAN attack). 

Replacing any other ability does not cause the problem, so it might be related to being an exalted weapon ability. Will try replacing other exalted weapon abilities in the future.
