Can't jump, shoot, melee, use abilities, or type sometimes during eidolon hunts

As the title says, I'm extremely limited in what i can do, i can only walk around, pretty much nothing else, it seems to happen sometimes when i get knocked down, all i can do is kinda watch the other 3 players finish the fight, i can't type so i cant try anything like unstuck, the prompt wont show up, interestingly ennough, its registering that im pressing the buttons (if i hit an ability the ability bottom right icon will highlight, if i try to melee, itll take out my melee weapon, but nothing further, no attack or anything) so I don't know exactly whats wrong, or how i can get back to fighting without losing my progress because i had to close the game completely. Unsure what to do, any help would be appreciated.

Just a slight irritation, because i can't type, i can't let other people know whats happening in my squad either, which is a frustration in itself, i feel bad that i cant contribute but i also did invest time into the fight already before this bug happens so at the same time i don't want to just forfeit everything i had worked for up to that point on something that wasn't my fault to begin with.
