Bug i experienced during a T1-3 Isolation Vault run while using a Necramech.

During a T1-3 vault our squad experienced the bug where the infested door would not open despite having thrown the bait at it. We attempted to reset the mission by abandoning the obj. However, after that I could not transference back into my Warframe, and i could not summon my Necramech after it had been destroyed.

Notes: Stuck in operator, Focus Tree disabled while stuck in operator, Could not transfer back into warframe while stuck in operator, Could not summon Necramech while stuck in operator, Could not use gear items while stuck in operator form, Could go into Bleedout  while stuck in operator mode.
