Scintillant unobtainable for me while I'm hosting? Strange host issue.

So we stumbled upon a weird problem with my friend...

He is in US while Im in EU and I usually host our games. We ran at lots of isolation vaults bounties on my hosting and we got no mech mods and no scintillant in any run. But when he hosted 2 times, we got 2 per mission, we got mech mods and parts.

 

You might say it is RNG but its very unlikely. My friend said he went onto missions with other people and he got scintillant at least once per every run, while when we did it many many many times when I was hosting we were unable to spot a single one.

 

I have repaired and optimized my game wondering if its the problem of my files being corrupted or something, did not change much. We ran another test after me repairing my warframe,

 

My hosting:

- We got necramech parts

 

His hosting:

- We got 2 scintillant per run

- At least one mech mod per vault

- Mech parts

 

The outcome is almost always the same, aside from RNG drops ofcourse. I have no idea what is happening and I cannot confirm it in many more ways than Im actually trying it with him now but I feel like its a real bug not just RNG unlikeness. While he was doing vaults with others and on public he got at least 1 scintillant per run and some mech mods, while I didnt even see a single mod or scintillant untill he hosted a game.

 

I have no idea whats up with that... it's so strange. Did anyone noticed similar issues with their games?
