hakma1
I have captured a Pharaoh Predasite, the tag is in my inventory, but the creature is not available nor is it in my inventory.
JeranTek
To grow a new pet you need to capture a "Weakened Pharaoh Predasite" or whatever. Essentially you need the infested to attack the Predasite or Vulpaphyle that you're capturing. That will change its state to unkillable and trainable as a pet. For me most of them showed up while I was tooling around looking for Avichaea but the Weakened Panzer Vulpaphyle took effort - we hunted Vulpaphyles until we'd tranq'd a Panzer, then we hung around it in Archwing so that a face-hugger showed up. They are really good at shooting your capture targets so this one obligingly did, then we had a weakened Vulpaphyle whch could be used to breed up a pet. Thank you for clarifying, I should pay more attention.
