Kuva Lich Nukor unable to target when riding Velocipod

It targeted a single point on the map no matter what I did - start/stop firing, change direction, look away - it just drew a line from the nukor to the same spot on the map.

 

EDIT: forgot the keyword NUKOR - the weapon was not usable while riding at velocipod as it only shot a singe point on the ground.
