Does Multishot on Companion weapons affect abilities that scale off weapon mods?

Primarily I'm thinking about Vaporize and Hard Engage. Because Companions don't display damage numbers, and because their AI is so finnicky and unreliable, I'm struggling like hell to even test this.

 

 

Same for Beast companion abilities. I'm wondering if Maul and Bite affects the damage of stuff like the Vulvaphyla's Viral Quills or the Predasites Acidic Spittle.
