Heavy Weapon Lower Back Holster Nonfunctional (Rabvee Zaw only?)

The Heavy Weapon Lower Back Holster is duplicating the position of the default holster. Previewing it shows my frame drawing and sheathing the weapon on their butt as appropriate, but actually equipping the style just leaves it sticking up over their shoulder.

Attempted with a Rabvee/Seekala Zaw with the Motherwrench skin, Heliocor with wrench skin functions properly. Rabvee/Seekala Zaw has its own issue where, when initially forged, holster style was set to Staff instead of heavy weapon, leading to odd attachment points on the warframe model (protruding through chest, hovering an inch from frame's knuckles). Connection uncertain, provided for completeness' sake.
