Excessive amount of Railjack resources on Helminth.

Asterite is hilariously overpriced right now.

Considering without a booster it drops in bundles of roughly 25ish...for 5000 Asterite you'd need about 200 drops of it for one feeding.

...Conversely running 1 or 2 full Deimos vault runs or running around on PoE and smashing things with Limbo will give about 5 times the amount of feedings via Lucent or Grokdrul respectively.

Remember how I keep saying "DE is bad with numbers" in these threads folks? This is why I say things like that.

Finally i find some normal players thinking ita to much materials on helminth. Some other selfish players defending this because they are only 1 who play this game 24/7 so they don't care about other players. If in single run i colect rare drop materials in 1 mission maybe like 100-200 and it drops just 18-30 in 1 random drop loot. And i need that same material like 15.000 just so that i can insert in to helminth that dont even max him for 100% then yea its insane no matter how much you play... I don't know what the hell DE whose thinking... Im just hoping they will fix this soon because i dont see the point playing and farming over and over again for this simple thing.... Please DE bee reasonable 😏🙏

Probably a lot of people will agree with me that the railjack resource amounts for helminth are a bit higher than it should, specially "Asterite". I suggest to add Asterite as a mission reward, giving 750-1500 asterite on it. Farming it i just got 247, so it will make a big difference.

Heh, you just gotta start enjoying all of DEs mistakes. Considering how everyone seems to be surprised by what has been going on for years, are you all new players or something?

This is what happens when you allow testers to console in resources...

when u allow what?

Anyway guys i was checking that there is more resources with the same condition. Im sure helminth costs needs a rebalance, i know isnt for "new" players, but i think is better to put again a "Mr 16" requirement than consume the half of your resources; inclusive old players and regular ones realize that this is bad. The problem? If you go long runs to get those resources, you are risking to get banned. So this feels like being between a rock and a hard place.

I believe it's about letting them use console codes in order to artificially generate specific resources, currency or game items. Like writing "Motherlode" on a certain famous game and suddenly having 50k of moneys to spend, not earning it the intended way. Or by having millions of platinum, like a certain sentient lady.

To the point of the post, I agree. Many of them seem off-balance.

Honestly it likely would have had the exact same resource requirements even if it was MR16 locked.

Much like with the Railjack's cost at launch they overshot it in an attempt to appeal to the veterans while also forgetting that a vast majority of players don't spend 5+ hours in a single mission, thus creating content that is imbalanced for anyone who doesn't powerfarm things all day.

Similar issues happen when DE tries to design content that can match the raw damage output that we can achieve, we get things that the high-end players STILL mow down in seconds but everyone else winds up doing scratch damage at best.

Most of the problems are that there is an insurmountable gap between the top 2-3% of long term players and everyone else and there's no realistic way to make a middle ground due to this massive gap.
