Zenistar Range Visual bug.

Right long story short, Zenistar, Yes we know, its bad now. However my partner loves this weapon, so i thought id try find a somewhat reasonable build for meh level content for her. 

Upon taking this brick into simulacrim, chucking on prime reach, The disk area of effect visually shows from the center of the disk to the outside of the effect, around 14 meters, However enemies inside this effect, roughly 7-9m from the disk. Take no damage. So around 5-7m is either being wrongly shown in visual effect, Or the range is bugged and not physically dealing damage to the range that it should be. 

Also might I just add. Im not interested in your build featuring a +3-1 riven, with initial combo and range and such that would still deal nothing near the old range or damage of previous zenistar, And still get out damaged by a spinning boy with gram prime unrivened.
