HDR black boxes in mining and some other rare UI elements

when i mine, i have black boxes when i stop on the prograss bar or get resource popup.

my monitor is asus tuf gaming vg27bq, i hope it's not a problem exclusive to me, but here hoping it's something you can fix or at the very least point me to a selution.

update, black box also show up when in wrymus minigame on death.
