isolation vaults, necramech bs kills and falling through the map

first the map issue: near the back of the isolation vault tile where you fight the single necramech dying as an operator will drop you out of the map. It hasn't killed any runs because you can hop in archwing in the endless void and fly back in usually but it is stil rather jarring and wastes time, 

second the necramech kills: the necramech can kill me through walls. first case is its mines which can apparently reach up a floor so even if there is a platform between him and you and it does not have line of sight the explosives can stil kill you in less than a second. next I kill this sucker with umbra because the exalted blade damage is kinda nuts. however his electric shield will kill me even if I am in another room sword barraging him through walls.
