Novas slow from Molecular Prime memory bleed into squad memebers

instead of slowing enemies, it slows squad members this is cause by ranking the focus pool. that then bugs out the slow.

the higher the focus pools the more the slows is placed on squad instead of enemy and needs be removed with saryn molt sigh. at least thats how i fix it atm.
