phase through ANYTHING cambion drift bug

Spoilers for deimos vaults ahead I guess? I don't know if you need to include spoiler warnings in bug reports but it seemed important.

Ok, so I was doing cambion vaults with my mate and we'd just done the first one and were on to the second, I was flying in archwing and was trying to slam down in a spot (specifically it was a river, but after seeing if that was the trigger by slamming from archwing into one and getting nothing, I doubt that was the cause) to pick up wyrm bait for the 2nd vault, when I phased through the floor.
Thinking this was a simple glitch through the floor bug, and that everything would go back to being solid if I went above the ground, I just archwinged up and tried to slam down again, but found I still phased through. I then checked with my friend if it would be ok if I tested to see if I could phase through to the vault, and with his agreement I went down below in my archwing and found not only could I get to the vault before any of the living doors were opened, I could get through to the inner vault before the living doors were opened, and even take all the loot. Luckily this didn't bug out the vault bounty, but the items did despawn before my friend could reach them in time. Additionally we had a vault with the set of rings that lead to a broken necromech which I tried to access so I could help out, due to my warframe effectively being useless in this buggy state, sadly all this did was glitch out the secret so nobody could access it.

I should mention that my warframe had no collision (even extending to being unable to pick up items), but could still get hit by attacks. In archwing it could get attacked by those flying leech things while in the vault (but not the innermost sanctum). If I was not in archwing I would just fall through the floor. I could however gain collision again by being high enough up off the ground when exiting archwing to use transference and go into operator mode, which did have collision, however it seemingly did not draw aggro (though I could still be damaged by attacks, e.g. the necromech's mines or behemoth's charge).

After completing the 3 vaults we went to the exit zone, which I couldn't trigger in warframe, but could fly to in archwing.
