Avichaea Bugged inside terrain

I've been tearing my hair out trying to find Avichaea for the level 3 reputation. So many times I haven't been able to find them no matter how hard I searched. Then I looked up some youtube videos to see if there was something I was missing. Found out the Tranq Rifle has an infrared specifically for hunting. I thought awesome. Used said thing. Found one Avichaea. Outstanding. Refreshed map, went looking for another. Spent 30 minutes looking til I found it via Infrared. It is INSIDE the giant pillar above the spawn. I flew around the entire pillar from every angle possible. It wasn't on the opposing side, it was INSIDE. Suddenly realizing why they are so damned impossible to find.

They are not that hard to find, the trick is to not track them, since it leads just to one, but fly around and you can sometimes find them, unbugged, just floating around in groups of up to three. Got mine and helped my acquaintance get his relatively quickly - half na hour to an hour of me just flying around to get enough for both of us.

The bug is a thing though and may be related to bad nest locations. I had avichaea nest located in Cerebrum Magna, which when I lured the creature, spawned it inside the roof of the cave, which I found out after a lot of looking around. Generally though, the game should track better whether location is accessible.
