Stuck as Operator when exiting Mech

Sometimes, whenever I exit my Mech and go into my operator form, I can’t go into my warframe and if I die as my operator, I’m dead for the rest of the mission as if I expended all my revives. This is really frustrating because it literally takes me out of the game whether I’m in a squad or doing solo.

From what I can tell, the warframe basically just despawns somehow? And there's no way to get it back. But yeah, it's made me terrified of using the Necramech, because I've lost so many Deimos Iso Vault rewards and drops due to this bug. It's ridiculously game-breaking, and if the mech dies, I'm unable to pull up the gear wheel and respawn it (or do anything else).
I've tested in all 3 open worlds and can confirm that it happens in all three. It has nothing to do with the time you're in the Necromech, how far away from your frame you go, whether you're in a group, or whether or not the mech breaks. It just seems to randomly happen, about half the time I use the mech.
The only thing you can do is run around in operator form and desperately hope you can get to the town gate before you run out of revives so you don't lose all the drops you've collected.
Here's hoping it's in that "and much more" on the new patch...
