Titania Razorwing Skill + Smite Infusion Augment MOD not working

I just tried putting the skill of Oberon - Smite into Titania. The skill itself is working but when I am in Razorwing Mode I noticed that the Radiation Buff from Smite Augment is not working. Is it just me? or this is one of those bugs? Thank you 😁
