Toxicity enemy spawn inside the infested door and can't be kill for reduce toxicity level on Isolation vault stage 2

before this hotfix some of toxicity enemy can spawn OUTSIDE the area mostly top but low amount of them... but since this hotfix now it spawn even outside of area in blocked area from infested door as u see on this picture ..

please fix it as now isolation vault is uncompletable with this bug and no it not spawn small amuont ... it 3x enemy spawn in that area ( from my gameplay ) make it unable to complete.
