Frame disappeared after Necramech died, stuck in op for the rest of the mission

I was playing a t3 Isolation Vault and used my mech in the tunnels. When the mech was destroyed, I was thrown into operator, and then when my operator died, I did not return to my Warframe. I was instead downed as operator, and revived as operator, but with the same animation as a frame getting revived. All my operator abilities were working, except for transference.

I'm not sure what the best method is for uploading screenshots, and I didn't see a button anywhere to do so, so here is a link. I took them with f6 so theoretically they are usable.

This same thing happened to me, except on the third time getting downed as an operator it played the animation of me going into a frame but I became essentially a spectator mode and cannot open menus or chat to tell my team so it out out of hand.  I took a video of it but I'm not sure if htis is the best way to upload it: https://streamable.com/76qtpz

This happened to me except I didn't lose Necramech but my warframe and operator vanished and I could no longer do anything when transfer out of Necramech

PS: That rare mod is Necramech Streamline

Same thing happened to me 2 times: 1st on Deimos, 2nd in Orb Vallis when I farmed thermia. Warframe simply disappeared and I could only use operator and mech, not able to transfer into frame. And when operator died, mission was failed (played solo; I had all 4 unspent revives).

Now i'm really scared of using necramechs.

it did happend to me too, not only did i lose the ability to transfer back into my warframe, but i also loosed an hour worth of grind... plus the affinity gained.

 

edit: the loss of loot seems to be only cosmetic and not a hard reset. i'm still not sure about the affinity though. 🤔

This happened to me in a mission a few minutes ago, #*!%er ate my Necramech Fiber.

The same thing just happened to me 2 times in a row. I was doing the 3 Isolation Bounties [solo] and used the Necramech during the first 2 phases.

When I tried to transfer out of the Mech I was stuck in operator mode and could't transfer back into my Warframe. The Warframe was also not visible anymore, at least not where I placed it last. When the Mech died and then my Operator the mission just failed. lost everything except the bounty rewards that were already completed.
The second time it happened I just let my Operator get killed on purpose and the Mission failed again.

So the best thing to do, until this gets fixed, is to safely exit the Cambion Drift it seems. Or you risk losing everything.

Yep, this happened to me too. It also disabled my operator focus schools, which sucks since it's the only thing that makes them usable. This bug sucks, big time.
