Isolation vault problems

Cant say if the new patch introduced some bugs but i could say that the isolation vault may have critical problems now.

-first the door bait may sometimes fail leaving players outside.

-secondly most common players may lose void dash inside the vault.

-third sometimes players can get stuck behind doors.

-Last and most critical the pause menu can bug leaving players unable to accept next misson or say something or even leave.

Please do something im stuck at 14 animus matrix and i need one to rank up with loid .
