Deimos - Vault mission - toxin spreader - spawns outside mission area

Spawned into Deimos - open world. Choose vault mission from mother after exiting spawn in point tunnel. During toxin portion in tunnels one of the toxin spreaders spawned on the surface. Mission failed because I could not reach it without leaving mission area.
