Using Resonator while in Razorwing prevents weapon use with Titania until another skill is used.

While in Razorwing, if Resonator is used, Titania will not be able to use any gun or melee until a different skill is used. Even if Razorwing is stopped, all weapon use is blocked. Re-casting Resonator will not stop the bug, only some other skill use. Jumping into operator form(from Razorwing mode or not) will allow the operator to use an amp, but returning to warframe form will not restore weapon use.
