Twin viper riven being severely under stated when on weapon

I'm new to rivens and I rolled a twin vipers with 200% impact increase, yet when its on the gun its down to 13% the weapon has full circles in disposition, so how does this even work?  I know its a bad gun but right now its the only riven that doesn't require 2 other guns to be researched/built to put on it

While Rolling, Max Rank stats are displayed for convenience.

You still need to actually Max Rank the Riven by using Endo Fusion when actually using it.

 

Hopefully you've already been doing this with your Normal Mods as well.... if not... ohhhh boy....

The riven rerolling UI shows what the stats will look like at max rank. Make sure you've actually maxed out the riven mod, like you would with any other mod.
