Necramech Using Lives When Summoned

I don't know if anyone else has reported this  but sometimes you cannot use transference to go to your warframe anymore after exiting Necramech and if you die its a perma-death even though you havent self revived once.

Steps to reproduce: not sure but happend two times after summoning the Necramech several times in Deimos and in Orb Vaalis while running around for missions.
