Necramechs cannot pick up health orbs

Necramechs cannot pick up health under normal circumstances. They can still be healed by Trinity's blessing, but when trying to heal with health orbs, the orbs can only be picked up while the warframe is damaged. Additionally, the amount of health recovered is limited to the amount of damage the warframe has received. I tested this on the Cambion Drift by letting the Necramech get damaged down to about half health, then switched to Protea and dropped a dispensary. No health was gained so I let protea get damaged down to about a quarter of her total health and I was able to pick up the health orbs as the Necramech, but stopped being able to pick up health orbs as soon as I had healed the amount of health that my protea had lost, and upon transferring back to protea, I found that she was fully healed. 

As of Writing I have only tested this on the Drift. Will test this on the Vallis and Plains and edit if it holds true there too.
